Privacy policy

Your information, handled carefully.

What this website collects, how newsletter and membership records are kept, and the choices you have at any time.

Draft pending legal review. This page reflects how the initiative actually operates today, but it has not been reviewed by counsel. Final wording will replace this notice before launch.

Effective 8 November 2026. Applies to healthreimagined.life and every form, subscription and member record connected to the Health Reimagined initiative.

In plain terms

We collect only what you choose to submit, use it to answer you and run the initiative, keep it in a private database, and never sell it. Newsletter and membership records are kept separately from public content, and nothing about you is published without your approval.

Information we collect

  • Forms. Contact, interest and partner inquiries record your name, email address, organization, role and the message you write.
  • Event registration. Name, email, organization, job title, attendee type, and whether you opted in to updates — the details needed to confirm a place and run the event.
  • Membership applications. Applicant type, tier, organization details, job title, website and the reasons you give for joining.
  • Member accounts. Name, email and email verification status for representatives who sign in to the member portal.
  • Technical records. Standard server logs generated by hosting and security, retained for a short period to keep the site available and safe.

We do not ask for medical records, health data or other sensitive personal information, and you should not submit it.

Newsletter subscriptions

Adding you to the newsletter requires a separate, unchecked consent. When you subscribe we record your email address, the time of consent and the page the consent came from, so we can show that the subscription was voluntary.

  • Every update email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Unsubscribing stops all marketing email. We keep a minimal suppression record so you are not contacted again by mistake.
  • We never sell subscriber lists, and never add your address to third-party marketing.
  • Transactional messages — confirmations, receipts and account notices — are not marketing and are sent regardless of subscription status.

Membership information

Membership records cover the tier and dues, billing contact, organization representatives and administrative notes. They are readable only by the initiative team through an authenticated administration interface.

  • An organization's profile, logo and contact card appear in the public directory only after the organization approves its own profile.
  • Representatives can update or withdraw their organization's profile at any time from the portal.
  • Dues and invoicing details are not published, and are shared only with the people an organization names as its representatives.

How we protect it

Submissions are stored in a private application database with access rules that limit reads to the initiative team. Access to administrative screens requires an authenticated account, and role-based permissions separate members, representatives and administrators. Data is encrypted in transit, and we collect only the fields a given purpose needs.

Who can see what

Public pages read published content only: events, insights, approved member profiles and approved media. Inquiry, registration and application records are never exposed publicly, and we do not identify anyone who contacts us without permission.

Service providers

The site runs on a hosting and application platform that stores records on our behalf, and email is delivered through a transactional email service. When dues are invoiced, payment processing is handled by a payment provider that receives the billing details needed to process the payment. Each provider is permitted to use the information only to deliver that service.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiry records: while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity.
  • Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe, plus the suppression record described above.
  • Event registrations: for the operational life of the event and its archive.
  • Membership records: for the duration of membership and as long as needed for financial and administrative records afterwards.

Your choices and rights

  • Ask to see, correct or delete what you submitted, at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from updates with one click, or by asking us.
  • Decline optional fields — only required fields are needed to submit a form.
  • Ask us to stop contacting your organization, or to remove its profile from the public directory.

Requests go to the initiative team through the contact page and are actioned within a reasonable period.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not build advertising profiles. Sign-in, security and platform functions may set essential cookies required for the site to work. Aggregate, non-identifying page measurement may be used to understand which content is useful.

Children

This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published here with a new effective date. For any question about your information, or to exercise a right described above, contact the initiative team through the contact page. A shorter summary of these practices is also published in our privacy notice.
