Privacy notice

What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

Draft pending legal review. This page reflects how the initiative actually operates today, but it has not been reviewed by counsel. Final wording will replace this notice before launch.

Information you give us

This site collects only what you choose to submit through its forms: your name, email address, organization, role and the message you write. Newsletter subscription records the email address, an explicit consent confirmation, the time of consent and the page it came from.

Event registration records the details needed to confirm a place: name, email, organization, job title, attendee type and whether you opted in to updates. We do not ask for, and do not want, medical records or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

  • To reply to inquiries and process membership and partnership conversations.
  • To confirm event places and send the details you need to attend.
  • To send updates you explicitly asked for.
  • To keep an accurate record of consent and of administrative decisions.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list without a separate, unchecked consent. We do not publish the identity of anyone who contacts us.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored in a private database and are readable only by the initiative team through an authenticated administration interface. Public pages read published content only: events, insights, approved member profiles and approved media.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so you are not contacted again by mistake. Event registrations are kept for the operational life of the event and its archive.

Your choices

  • Every update email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete what you submitted by contacting the team through the contact page.
  • You can decline to provide optional fields; only required fields are needed.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not run advertising trackers. Sign-in, security and platform functions may set essential cookies required for the site to work.

This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children.
