Better care
Care that follows the person between settings, disciplines and payers. In practice that means naming who owns the handoff, agreeing on shared language, and measuring continuity rather than volume.
An Alphiniti-led initiative that convenes people and organizations to improve healthcare quality and access, reduce unnecessary costs and encourage cross-sector innovation.
Why this exists
A person's health is managed by clinicians. Their ability to pay for it is managed by employers, insurers and advisors. The care they will need later is managed by nobody in particular until the moment it is needed.
Health Reimagined brings those parties into one room and asks them to work on the same problem at the same time. Not a conference circuit — working sessions with specific questions, and outputs that outlive the evening.
Beyond the silos. A better way forward.
Care that follows the person between settings, disciplines and payers. In practice that means naming who owns the handoff, agreeing on shared language, and measuring continuity rather than volume.
Cost is not reduced by cutting services but by removing what never reached care: duplicated work, opaque pricing, avoidable readmissions and benefit dollars that expire unused.
Cross-sector collaboration is not a slogan when it produces something usable — a readiness checklist, a shared definition, a working session that ends with owners and dates.
